▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphene-white carbon black composite powder comprises powder resistivity of less than 10 ( Omega ).cm. The content of graphene is 2-50 wt.%. The graphene in the composite material maintains single-layer dispersion. The sheet layers are wound with abundant pore structure. The white carbon black nanoparticles are uniformly dispersed on a surface of the graphene sheet. USE - Graphene-white carbon black composite powder for use in coating, rubber product, and plastic product. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-white carbon black composite powder has excellent electrical and thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of graphene-white carbon black composite powder, which involves (1) mixing graphene oxide aqueous solution and white carbon black powder, and dispersing in aqueous solution to obtain aqueous slurry, (2) adding surfactant and gelling agent to the aqueous slurry prepared in the step (1), adjusting the pH value of the solution to 6-11, and using mixed dispersion method to obtain uniformly dispersed aqueous slurry, (3) heating the slurry at 40-100 degrees C, maintaining the temperature for 0.5-4 hours to form graphene oxide-white carbon black hydrogel, (4) filtering and drying the obtained hydrogel to obtain graphene oxide-white carbon black aerogel, and (5) subjecting the aerogel to high-temperature heat treatment in an inert atmosphere to obtain graphene-white carbon black aerogel, and crushing.
