Graphite/copper- rich material is utilized as a cathode and a lithium-rich material or lithium salt as an anode assembled into an electrolytic cell, followed by sealing after being injected with an electrolyte, and performing the electro-deposition, disassembling electrolytic cell to obtain product. USE - Method for preparing thin metal lithium based cathode material that is utilized in lithium primary and secondary batteries. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A thin metal lithium based cathode material preparing method involves utilizing copper foil current collector as a substrate first, and synthesizing single-layer graphene film on the surface of a copper foil current collector by using a chemical vapor deposition method.
