NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-modified acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) resin comprises e.g. providing melamine and diphenyl phosphoryl chloride, mixing melamine with diphenyl phosphoryl chloride to obtain melamine-diphenyl phosphoryl chloride compound, providing graphene oxide, mixing melamine-diphenyl phosphoryl chloride compound with graphene oxide, carrying out grafting reaction to obtain melamine-diphenyl phosphoryl chloride-oxidized graphene, providing ABS substrate, mixing melamine-diphenyl phosphoryl chloride-graphene oxide and ABS substrate and melt blending. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-modified ABS resin. ADVANTAGE - The method solves problem of poor flame-retardant performance of ABS resin.
