NOVELTY - The method involves preparing an oxidized graphene pulp and defoaming. The oxidized graphene pulp is coated on a base material. Drying process is performed on the oxidization graphene pulp coated on the base material. An electric field is applied to the oxidization graphene pulp coated on the base material. Peeling process is performed on the graphene oxide film from the base material. Cutting process is performed on the oxidization graphene pulp to obtain obliquely oriented graphene oxide membrane. Voltage range of the electric field is determined. USE - Method for preparing a directional oxidation graphene film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables improving production efficiency, reducing energy consumption, adjusting direction of the graphene oxide by attraction or exclusion of electric field and graphene oxide to avoid influence of factors to direction of oxidation graphene so that the performance of the prepared oxidation graphene film is stable.
