NOVELTY - The structure has an electrode whose upper and lower ends are symmetrical, and length and width of the electrode are 2 Angstrom. A parallel nano graphene strip is arranged at middle part of the electrode, where two sides of the graphene strip form arm chair shape. Length and width of the electrode and the graphene strip are changed. USE - Parallel connection type graphene nanometer strip structure. ADVANTAGE - The structure has improved switching characteristic and reduced conductive valley width.
