▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing capacitance de-ionized electrode comprises (i) using high speed mixing way to mix active material, conductive material and adhesive agent, and mixing uniformly to obtain mixed material; (ii) preparing electrode film by rolling the mixed material; (iii) thermally compounding the electrode film on one surface or two surfaces of the current collector after etching to obtain capacitor de-ionized electrode, where the active material, conductive material and agglomerant are powder, the mass fraction of the active material is 60-97%, the mass fraction of the conductive material is 0.5-20%, the mass fraction of the adhesive agent is 2-20%, the agglomerant is more than one of butadiene styrene rubber, polyacrylic acid resin, polyurethane, polytetrafluoroethylene derivative polycarbonate, carboxymethyl cellulose and sodium alginate, the high speed mixing way is high speed mechanical grinding, spraying and grinding, hammer grinding or ball milling. USE - The method is useful for preparing capacitance de-ionized electrode used for seawater desalination, industrial and agricultural water removing salt and domestic water removing salts. ADVANTAGE - The method avoids the use of solvent, reduces the cost, increases the bonding force between the electrode material, increases the bonding force between the electrode film and the current collector, and electrode film is not easy to fall off, improves the performance and service life of the electrode, and reduces the preparation cost and has high production efficiency.
