NOVELTY - A graphene and carbon nanotube complex is prepared through discharge between the electrodes. An anode comprises carbon material and metal-containing material. Metal-containing material is transition metal or rare earth oxide, and/or inorganic salt or organic salt of iron (Fe), nickel (Ni), molybdenum (Mo), chromium (Cr) or yttrium (Y). USE - Method for preparing the graphene and carbon nanotube complex (claimed).
