NOVELTY - Bridge deck waterproof material comprises 20-40 pts. wt. elastic acrylic emulsion, 10-20 pts. wt. bentonite, 10-20 pts. wt. diatomite, 5-15 pts. wt. fine river sand, 4-12 pts. wt. fly ash, 3-9 pts. wt. silicon powder, 4-12 pts. wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 10-20 pts. wt. quartz sand, 5-15 pts. wt. petroleum resin, 2-8 pts. wt. nano-graphene and 3-10 pts. wt. hydroxypropyl methylcellulose ether. USE - Used as bridge deck waterproof material. ADVANTAGE - The waterproof material: has simple preparation method, excellent aging resistance; and protects the bridge deck. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing bridge deck waterproof material, comprising adding bentonite, diatomite, fine river sand, fly ash and silicon powder into crusher to crush, milling at rotating speed of 1000 revolutions/minute for 25 minutes to obtain mixture A, mixing ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, quartz sand, petroleum resin, nano graphene and hydroxypropyl methylcellulose ether, adding into stirring kettle, stirring at low speed of 200 revolutions/minute for 10 minutes to obtain mixture B, adding the mixture B into the mixture A, adding elastic acrylate emulsion, transferring into mixer for mixing at 120 degrees C for 10 minutes, and slowly cooling to room temperature to obtain the bridge deck water-proof material.
