NOVELTY - High-strength conductive liquid silicone rubber, which is prepared by preparing component A and component B and mixing uniformly in a mass ratio of 1:1 to obtain liquid silicone rubber. The silicone rubber satisfies the following performance indicators: the volume resistivity is ≤ 50 Ω.cm, tear strength is ≥ 35 kN.m-1, tensile strength is ≥ 7 MPa and elongation at break is ≥ 600%. The Component A comprises 40-60 pts. wt. polysiloxane, 3-8 pts. wt. surface treatment agent, 15-20 pts. wt. gas phase white carbon black, 1-7 pts. wt. conductive filler and 2-9 pts. wt. platinum catalyst. The Component B comprises 40-60 pts. wt. polysiloxane, 3-8 pts. wt. surface treatment agent, 15-20 pts. wt. gas phase white carbon black, 1-7 pts. wt. conductive filler, 1-6 pts. wt. cross-linking agent and 1-3 pts. wt. inhibitor. USE - The high-strength conductive liquid silicone rubber is useful for conductive stress cones of cold-shrinkable cable accessories (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The rubber has excellent physical mechanical performance and conductivity; is capable of fast curing and is easy to process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing high-strength conductive liquid silicone rubber comprising (a) preparing component A comprises adding polysiloxane and surface treatment agent into a kneading machine, stirring evenly, adding gas phase white carbon black in batches, stirring into agglomerates, adding conductive fillers, agglomerating the conductive fillers, heating the material to 150℃, starting a vacuum system to make the vacuum degree ≤ -0.09 MPa when the material reaches 150℃, stirring for 3 hours under this condition, cooling, transferring the material to a three-roller grinding machine, grinding, transferring the material to a planetary mixer, adding platinum catalyst, stirring evenly to obtain component A, (b) preparing component B comprises adding polysiloxane and surface treatment agent into a kneading machine, stirring evenly, adding gas phase white carbon black in batches, stirring into agglomerates, adding conductive fillers, agglomerating the conductive fillers, heating the material to 150℃, starting a vacuum system to make the vacuum degree ≤ -0.09 MPa when the material reaches 150℃, stirring for 3 hours under this condition, cooling, transferring the material to a three-roller grinding machine, grinding, transferring the material to a planetary mixer, adding cross-linking agent and an inhibitor, stirring evenly to obtain component B and (c) preparing silicone rubber elastomer comprises mixing component A obtained in step (a) and component B obtained in step (b) in a mass ratio of 1:1 to obtain liquid silicone rubber, curing and molding to obtain silicone rubber elastomer.
