NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-based suspension ultra-thin film involves preparing oxidized graphite enol solution with water content of 0.1 vol.%, then adding water to prepare graphene oxide/alcohol aqueous solution, and then performing ultrasonic treatment, heating and evaporating the graphene oxide/alcohol aqueous solution in a vacuum environment to form a suspended graphene oxide film, then taking out the graphene oxide film, performing reduction reaction, drying to obtain product. USE - Method for preparing graphene-based suspension ultra-thin film used in the field of nano mechanical sensor and as a selective permeation film, high heat conducting film and research hotspot. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene-based suspension ultra-thin film that is fast, environment-friendly, and reduces the production cost of the graphene film, which is good for industrial production of graphene film. The graphene oxide nano sheet has improved film-forming property of graphene oxide solution, and firstly realizes interface self-assembly of graphene based suspension ultra thin film and one-step separation with graphene oxide solutions, so as to get rid of the dependence of the existing graphene film preparation for film transfer technology. The method is simple, and the film is fast and environment friendly.
