NOVELTY - Graphene/acrylic composite emulsion comprises 36-46 pts. wt. acrylic monomer, 10-20 pts. wt. modified graphene dispersion, 2-3 pts. wt. polymerizable emulsifier, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. co-stabilizer, 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. initiator, 0.2-0.4 pts. wt. pH adjuster, and 30-40 pts. wt. deionized water, where the modified graphene dispersion is vinyltri( beta -methoxy ethoxy)silane modified graphene dispersion. USE - Used as graphene/acrylic composite emulsion. ADVANTAGE - The emulsion: is stable and effectively covered by polymer, reduces phenomenon of graphene agglomeration, and improves anticorrosive performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing graphene/acrylic composite emulsion comprising (i) mixing acrylic monomer and co-stabilizer to obtain monomer mixed solution, dissolving the initiator and pH adjuster in partially deionized water to obtain initiator aqueous solution, (ii) dissolving the modified graphene dispersion and polymerizable emulsifier in the remaining deionized water, mixing with monomer mixed liquid, subjecting to high-speed dispersion and fine emulsification treatment to obtain graphene monomer mini-emulsion, and (iii) adding the initiator aqueous solution by dropwise to the graphene monomer mini emulsion; (2) anti-corrosion water paint comprising 40-45 pts. wt. graphene/water-based acrylic composite emulsion, 25-30 pts. wt. filler, 1.2-1.5 pts. wt. film-forming aid, 0.5-0.8 pts. wt. thickener, 0.4-0.6 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.2-0.4 pts. wt. defoaming agent, 0.2-0.4 pts. wt. pH adjuster, and 15-25 pts. wt. deionized water; and (3) preparing anti-corrosion water paint comprising mixing defoamer and film-forming aid with 7-12 pts. wt. deionized water and 0.2-0.4 pts. wt. thickener in advance, and mixing with the filler to obtain first mixture, (ii) adding graphene/aqueous acrylic composite emulsion and pH adjuster to the first mixture, and stirring to obtain a second mixture, adding remaining deionized water and thickener to the second mixture, stirring and filtering.
