NOVELTY - The battery has an electrolyte layer (6) with a sealing material (3) and an electrolyte injection hole (7) for holding an electrode film (5) that is between a photoelectrode substrate (4) and a counter electrode substrate. The photoelectrode substrate and the counter electrode substrate are fixed with sealing material. The electrolyte injection hole is provided on the counter electrode substrate. The electrolyte is injected into the electrode substrate and the counter electrode substrate through the electrolyte injection hole. USE - Graphene dye-sensitized solar battery.
