NOVELTY - Graphene/silica/rubber composite material, prepared by e.g. preparation of precursor solution by mixing graphene oxide and water in a mass ratio of 1:(1-1000) to obtain a solution of graphene oxide, placed in an ultrasound system to carry out ultrasonic dispersion, under ultrasound frequency of 100-5000 HZ, temperature is 0-100 degrees C and ultrasonic time of 0.1-4 hours, to obtain an aqueous solution of graphene oxide at a concentration of 1-50 g/ml, mixing the silicon source and the solvent in mass ratio 1:(1-100) to obtain a mixed solution, stirring with a magnetic stirrer, is claimed. USE - Used as graphene/silica/rubber composite material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene/silica/rubber composite material, prepared by (a) preparation of precursor solution by mixing graphene oxide and water in a mass ratio of 1:(1-1000) to obtain a solution of graphene oxide, placed in an ultrasound system to carry out ultrasonic dispersion, under ultrasound frequency of 100-5000 HZ, temperature is 0-100 degrees C and ultrasonic time of 0.1-4 hours, to obtain an aqueous solution of graphene oxide at a concentration of 1-50 g/ml, mixing the silicon source and the solvent in mass ratio 1:(1-100) to obtain a mixed solution, stirring with a magnetic stirrer or a mechanical stirring at a temperature of 30-80 degrees C for 0.5-2 hours, stirring to make it fully dissolved; (b) preparation of hybrid liquid gel by adding mixed solution of the aqueous solution of the graphene oxide obtained in the step (a) and the silicon source at a mass ratio of 1:1-500, adding graphene oxide and surfactant in a mass ratio of 1:1-100, mixing and pre-stirring for 1-5 hours, and then adding a reducing agent, continue stirring for 1-5 hours, while maintaining the heating temperature of the mixture at 10-80 degrees C, and then adding alkaline catalyst having a pH of 10-14, mass ratio of the alkaline catalyst to the silicon source is 1:1-50, stirring along the edge of the sides, where the stirring time is 15-60 minutes, forming a gel-type substance, to obtain a graphene/silica gel, above-obtained graphene/silica gel is repeatedly soaked with a solvent for 1-10 times, taking graphene/silica liquid gel repeatedly soaked in a solvent, allowed to stand at room temperature for aging for 1-10 days; and (c) graphene/silica liquid gel was placed in a vacuum oven, at a temperature of 25-100 degrees C, vacuum drying for 5-24 hours, dried material is further pulverized, to obtain a powdery composite material, and then adding to the rubber material, is claimed.
