▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An anisotropic conductive adhesive film with stable distribution of conductive balls comprises a middle conductive layer comprising a composite material of graphene oxide and polymer, and conductive balls with a thickness of 5-10 µm. USE - As anisotropic conductive adhesive film with stable distribution of conductive balls. ADVANTAGE - The adhesive film utilizes the middle conductive layer that has good ductility, avoids the short circuit phenomenon caused by the collision between the conductor balls, reduces the shape recovery rate of the conducting layer, reduces conductive resistance, and improves the conductivity of the adhesive film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of the anisotropic conductive adhesive film with stable distribution of conductive balls comprising mixing and stirring composite material of graphene oxide and polymer, conductive balls, and additive, coating evenly on lower insulating layer surface to obtain a middle conductive layer, and coating upper insulation layer on the surface of the middle conductive layer.
