NOVELTY - Aqueous epoxy resin coating based on modified graphite comprises 38-45 pts. wt. of water-based epoxy resin emulsion, 3-4 pts. wt. of modified graphite, 25-29 pts. wt. of filler, and 1.5-1.9 pts. wt. of surfactant , 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. of polydimethylsiloxane, 0.2-0.3 pts. wt. of hydroxyethyl cellulose, and 20-30 pts. wt. of deionized water, the crystalline flake graphite potassium permanganate and sodium nitrate sequentially is added into the hydrothermal reaction kettle, then pour concentrated sulfuric acid covering the kettle cover the reaction kettle at 2 ° C degrees centigrade, refrigerated for 80-90 min, placed it in 80 ° C oven heating 2 hours, taking out the reaction kettle and cooling to room temperature.
