NOVELTY - Wear-resistant two-component graphene anticorrosive coating comprises 25-40 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 15-22 pts. wt. solvent, 3-5 pts. wt. leveling agent, 2-4 pts. wt. defoamer, 3-5 pts. wt. dispersant, 12-16 pts. wt. zinc powder, 10-15 pts. wt. heavy calcium carbonate and 20-28 pts. wt. modified graphene as A component, 10-15 pts. wt. curing agent and 5-6 pts. wt. solvent as B component. The modified graphene is prepared by e.g. mixing graphene oxide with water at mass ratio of 1:700-1:850, and adding 4-5 times of nano-silica amount of graphene oxide, and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain mixed dispersion of graphene oxide, freeze-dying the graphene oxide mixed dispersion to obtain pre-modified graphene oxide, mixing pre-modified graphene oxide with hydrofluoric acid at mass ratio of 1:5-1:6, filtering, washing and drying to obtain modified graphene oxide, where the a mass ratio of modified graphene oxide and the modified powder is 2:1-3:1, reacting, stirring, filtering and drying. USE - Used as wear-resistant two-component graphene anticorrosive coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating has excellent wear resistance and anti-corrosion performance.
