▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene metal layered composite material based on solid carbon source comprises firstly pre-treating solid carbon source, growing graphene on many metal substrates to obtain graphene metal substrate, hot-pressing many graphene metal substrates, and completing pretreatment, graphene growth and hot-pressing in interconnected chambers. The solid carbon source includes polymethyl methacrylate, polystyrene, naphthalene, anthracene, 2-naphthol and/or thianthrene. The metal comprises copper, nickel, iron, cobalt, aluminium, tin, gold, and/or silver, the alloy includes metals of copper, nickel, iron, cobalt, aluminium, gold, silver and/or tin. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene metal layered composite material based on solid carbon source in aerospace industry, aviation industry and information industry. ADVANTAGE - The method: cracks at a lower temperature into carbon-containing active groups required for graphene nucleation and growth, which reduces growth temperature of graphene, shortens growth time, and reduces energy consumption.
