NOVELTY - High-gloss antibacterial ceramic tile, prepared by spraying the glaze on the surface of the embryo body, and soaking the ceramic tile substrate in antibacterial agent solution and perfluorooctyltriethoxysilane aqueous solution in sequence, and carrying out polishing treatment, is claimed. The embryo body includes 25-30 pts. wt. porcelain sand, 40-50 pts. wt. stone powder, 18-25 pts. wt. clay, 5-10 pts. wt. boron mud, and 3-5 pts. wt. sodium carbonate. The glaze includes 40-45 pts. wt. potassium feldspar, 8-15 pts. wt. zirconium silicate, 3-5 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 20-30 pts. wt. kaolin powder, 6-8 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 5-8 pts. wt. zinc-loaded phospholime, and 3-5 pts. wt. graphene oxide. USE - High-gloss antibacterial ceramic tile. ADVANTAGE - The high-gloss antibacterial ceramic tile has reduced antibacterial effect, and the silver ion as antibacterial agent cost is too high.
