▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing carbon-based nanocomposite material comprises (i) grinding carbon-based nanomaterial, dispersing in ethanol, ultrasonically processing in probe water bath, centrifuging, cleaning, and taking suspension I to obtain carbon-based nanoparticle solution; (ii) centrifuging carbon-based nano-particle solution, removing supernatant and drying to obtain reactant A, adding isopropanol into reactant A to obtain suspension II, and mixing suspension II and metal ion solution to obtain suspension III, where the volume ratio of the suspension II and the metal ion solution is 1:0.01-1:100; and (iii) centrifuging suspension III, removing supernatant to obtain reactant B, cleaning, and dispersing. USE - The material is useful for preparing targeted tumor medicine. ADVANTAGE - The material has more residence time in tumor of free ions; and plays role of chemodynamic therapy.
