NOVELTY - A graphene quantum dot/titania/zinc oxide composite antibacterial material is prepared by heating and melting citric acid, adjusting pH value to 6-8 with alkaline solution to prepare graphene quantum dot aqueous solution, adding zinc sulfate solution into ammonium bicarbonate solution, stirring, centrifuging, washing, drying, calcined at 500-650 degrees C for 2-4 hours to prepare zinc oxide, respectively dissolving titania and zinc oxide in deionized water, mixing solutions, filtering, taking solid, washing with distilled water, drying, crushing, calcining at 400-600 degrees C for 2-4 hours, preparing titania/zinc oxide aqueous solution, adding graphene quantum dot aqueous solution, ultrasonicating, centrifuging, washing, and drying. USE - Method for preparing graphene quantum dot/titania/zinc oxide composite antibacterial material for bacteriostatic and bactericidal fields (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, low-cost and suitable for industrialization. The product has good water solubility and stability, has high antibacterial activity and can be widely applied to various bacteria.
