NOVELTY - Ship ballast water processing system based on electro-catalysis film distillation integrated device comprises direct current power supply (7) for supplying power to electro-catalysis membrane distillation reactor (4) and clean water storage tank (8) connected with cold side water tank (5). The hot-side heating device (2), hot side water tank (3) and electro-catalysis membrane distillation reactor passed through first sewage pump (101), second sewage pump (102) and hot side circulating pump (103) to form hot side circulating system. The hot-side heating device heats up ship's ballast water in ship engine cooling pool (1) and lifts to hot-side water tank through first sewage pump. The water temperature of hot side water tank is maintained at 55-65 degrees C by hot-side heating device, hot waste liquid in hot-side water tank is transported to electro-catalytic membrane distillation reactor through second sewage pump, and returned to hot-side water tank through hot-side circulating pump. USE - Ship ballast water processing system based on electro-catalysis film distillation integrated device. ADVANTAGE - The system adopts submerged reaction tank method to scientifically couple electro-catalytic oxidation technology and membrane distillation process in integrated ship ballast water treatment device, has high organic matter degradation efficiency, ammonia nitrogen removal rate, and desalination efficiency, effluent water quality is good, membrane distillation membrane pollution/membrane wetting is effectively reduced, service life of the distillation membrane is prolonged, realize ship ballast water source processing and recycling, effectively solves ship portion fresh water requirement, and reduces port waste water processing pressure.
