NOVELTY - Thermoplastic foaming particle, comprises 6-9.5 pts. wt. thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer, 1.5-4 pts. wt. polylactic acid, 0.6-1.4 pts. wt. chain extender, 1.2-3.2 pts. wt. nanocellulose organic adhesive, and 2-4 pts. wt. polytetrafluoroethylene fiber. USE - The thermoplastic foaming particle is useful for preparing molded body of foamed particles (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The thermoplastic foaming particle has high heat sealing strength, strong anti-tensile properties, and excellent melting properties and compression resilience of molded body of foamed particles. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: Preparing thermoplastic foaming particle, comprising (i) mixing polylactic acid and nanocellulose organic adhesive, extruding and granulating to obtain modified polylactic acid, (ii) mixing modified polylactic acid, thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer, chain extender, and polytetrafluoroethylene fiber, extruding, and granulating to obtain polymer granules, and (iii) heating high-pressure kettle to foaming temperature, adding polymer granules, introducing carbon dioxide to remove air, closing the high-pressure kettle, introducing high-pressure carbon dioxide gas to the foaming pressure, foaming, releasing the pressure to atmospheric pressure in 0.5-1 seconds, and cooling to obtain final product; and Molded body of foamed particle, comprising filling the thermoplastic foaming particle in mold and foaming to obtain final product.
