NOVELTY - Shell comprises a microcellular foam shell part, where the raw material of microcellular foam shell include engineering plastic materials, the microporous foam shell is an integral molding formed by foaming and injection molding raw material, the microporous foam shell comprises a first skin layer, a core layer and a second skin layer which is stacked in sequence, and has no pores in first epidermis and second epidermis or pore diameter of the pores in first epidermis and second epidermis is ≤0.5 μm, the core layer has a microporous foam structure, the microcellular foam structure is a closed-cell foam structure with cells, the diameter of cells is 0.5-30 μm, and the opening ratio of cells on core layer is ≤10%.
