NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/polyamide composite material involves placing graphite, polyamide and ball milling ball into high pressure ball mill kettle, closing kettle cover, fixing ball mill on ball mill, adding carbon dioxide to ball mill to make temperature and pressure in high compression ball mill milling kettle reach set value, running ball mill after ball mill operation time reaches predetermined value, closing power supply, releasing carbon dioxide in ball mill in the ball mill tank to normal, compressing kettle cover and separating ball mill beads by screen, and collecting the prepared graphene /polyamide complex material. USE - Method for preparing composite material of graphene/polyamide 6 used in engineering plastic field of automobile, mechanical portions and packaging. ADVANTAGE - The method provides good conductive performance, simple method technique, easy industrial amplification of graphene PA6 composite material. The master batch and film prepared by the composite material has good conductivity, and has wide application prospect in the field of antistatic material. It has simple technique, green and high efficiency, low cost, and good for industrial mass production. The method has synergistic effect of supercritical carbon dioxide and PA6 powder and ball milling, the graphene and the PA6 mixing in situ at the same time, which not only improves the efficiency of preparing the graphite, but also prevents the agglomeration of graphite. The graphene effectively and uniformly dispersed in PA6, so as to obtain the excellent electrical properties of PA6/Graphene composite material, and is environment-friendly sustainable green technology.
