▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of temperature-controlled humidity-control microcapsule comprises melting solid paraffin and liquid paraffin at mass ratio of 1:0.5-1:2, mixing with water and emulsifier at mass ratio of 1:3-5:0.12-0.3, and stirring; dissolving chitosan in 2% acetic acid to obtain chitosan solution, ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide in water, and adjusting pH to neutral using sodium hydroxide solution to obtain graphene oxide solution; sequentially adding chitosan solution and graphene oxide solution to paraffin emulsion, stirring, dropwise adding glutaraldehyde, and crosslinking reaction; sequentially adding sodium silicate solution and ammonium chloride solution on the surface of the inner shell of the microcapsule, stirring, and reacting for 2-4 hours; and washing microcapsule suspensions twice with petroleum ether and water, vacuum filtering, and drying. USE - The method is used for preparing temperature-controlled humidity-control microcapsule. ADVANTAGE - The microcapsule has a double-shell structure, is tempered by phase change property of the paraffin wax, realizes integration of temperature regulation and humidity control function, and has simple process and low cost.
