▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Silicon carbide doped onion-like graphitized carbon sphere nanocomposite comprises a fullerene structure onion-like graphitized carbon sphere, and in-situ uniformly doped silicon carbide and an outer layer of the vertical floating graphene sheet in an upright direction. USE - The nanocomposite is useful as a nano-lubricating additive. ADVANTAGE - The nanocomposite adopts petroleum ether as a carbon precursor and a trace polycarbosilane as a structure guiding agent, and adopts a series of reactions such as volume condensation and droplet pyrolysis, which occur independently in each droplet to form the resulting product. The polycarbosilane promotes product globization. During the reaction, as the surface solvent is distilled off, the concentration of solute increases, which leads to the precipitation of surface solute crystals, forming a spherical shell, so that the reaction is limited to the inside of the sphere. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing the nanocomposite, mixing a small amount of polycarbosilane and petroleum ether into a solution, spraying, and pyrolyzing in a high temperature inert atmosphere to prepare the nanocomposite with controlled particle size and uniform particle size distribution; and (2) a use of the nanocomposite as a nano-lubricating additive.
