NOVELTY - Preparing multi-layer battery pole piece comprises (a) ultrasonically dispersing or mechanically stirring the conductive polymer in the first solvent, defoaming to obtain spinning solution, (b) adding the spinning solution into the syringe of the electrospinning device, electrospinning under a high-voltage electrostatic field, solidifying the fine flow of the electrospinning solution and forming in the air and receiving on the foil layer, vacuum-drying in a temperature environment of 30-80°C to obtain a nano-conductive fiber layer with a network structure, (c) ultrasonically dispersing the active substance, conductive agent and binder in the second solvent, obtaining an active material slurry, (d) coating the active material slurry on the nano conductive fiber layer to obtain the active material layer, and (e) drying the composite layer composed of the foil layer, the nano-conductive fiber layer and the active material layer to obtain a multi-layer battery pole piece. USE - Preparation method of multi-layer battery pole piece. ADVANTAGE - The method can increase the porosity of the electrode sheet, effectively improve the electrolyte solution capability, and can reduce the contact resistance between different layers.
