NOVELTY - Graphene composite cable comprises conductor layer (1), insulation layer (2), outer cover layer (3) and protective layer (4) in order from inside to outside. Protective layer material is graphene composite material and graphene composite material comprises 4-6 wt.% graphite, 2-3 wt.% sodium nitrate, 12-18 wt.% potassium permanganate, 12-13 wt.% concentrated sulfuric acid, 34-38 wt.% deionized water, 10-11 wt.% hydrogen peroxide, 6-7 wt.% hydrazine, 5-6 wt.% copper sulfate, 5-6 wt.% aluminum block, and 2-4 wt.% fireproof materials. USE - Graphene composite cable. ADVANTAGE - The graphene composite cable replaces the metal braided shielding material and the aluminum foil material with a graphene conforming material, which has a simple process and reduces production costs, and has significant economic benefits. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene composite material, which involves adding graphite and sodium nitrate to concentrated sulfuric acid at 0 degrees C, and sequentially adding potassium permanganate at 10-30 degrees C to catalyze the low-temperature reaction and the intermediate-temperature reaction, and generate the intermediate-temperature reaction product, adding deionized water to the intermediate temperature reaction product, controlling the reaction temperature to 95 degrees C, performing a high temperature reaction, and reacting for 30 minutes to generate a high temperature reaction product, adding hydrogen peroxide to the high-temperature reaction product to dissolve the high-temperature reaction product, and continuously stirring with a glass rod until the high-temperature reaction product is golden yellow, washing and filtering the golden yellow high-temperature reaction product with deionized water at 10000 rotations per minute (rpm) to generate a first filtered product, and ultrasonically treating the first filtered product for 2 hours to form a graphene oxide colloid, heating the graphene oxide colloid in a water bath at 98 degrees C, adding hydrazine and copper sulfate, and continuously stirring, washing and filtering after 2 hours of reaction to produce a second filtered product, washing and drying the second filtered product for 24 hours to generate an intermediate product, aluminum block is heated to 720 degrees C for melting to generate a melt, preparing a fireproof material, adding fireproof materials and intermediate products to the melt, and stirring them by a precision amplifying electric stirrer, when the temperature of the melt is reduced to 660 degrees C, stop stirring until the melt cools to a tentative state to generate the graphene composite material.
