NOVELTY - The device has a mixed memory (3). One end of peristaltic pump (4) is in communication with a mixing reservoir. The other end of the peristaltic pump drops the graphene oxide/chitosan dispersion into a receiver (5) through the hose. A receiver houses an aqueous sodium hydroxide solution. An upper opening of the receiver receives a graphene oxide/chitosan dispersion dripped by the peristaltic pump. A sodium hydroxide aqueous solution storage unit (6) is in communication with the receiver and continuously adds an aqueous sodium hydroxide solution to the receiver. A centrifugal separator (7) is in communication with the receiver. A cross-linking reactor (8) houses a genipin solution that is in communication with the centrifugal separator. USE - Device for continuously preparing graphene oxide/chitosan microspheres for use in stereoscopic culture of stem cells (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The device is simple and efficient, and can realize continuous batch preparation of chitosan microspheres. The prepared chitosan microspheres have uniform particle size, controllable size and good biocompatibility.
