NOVELTY - Polyethylene composite material comprises 96-100 pts. wt. polyethylene resin, 13-15 pts. wt. corn stalk composite fibers, 33-35 pts. wt. inorganic fillers, 6-10 pts. wt. plasticizer, 1.4-2 pts. wt. lubricant, 3-5 pts. wt. titanate coupling agent, 2-4 pts. wt. stearic acid, 3-5 pts. wt. zinc borate, 2-3 pts. wt. diisocyanate, 1.5-1.8 pts. wt. antistatic agent, and 2-5 pts. wt. ethylene bis stearamide. USE - The polyethylene composite material is used in industrial and agricultural applications such as rice, wheat, corn, Sorghum, potato, rape, cotton, sugar cane and other crops. ADVANTAGE - The polyethylene composite material has improved mechanical performance and improved performance of bentonite and polymer after processing, and avoids the agglomeration phenomenon of the bentonite after processing. The method is simple, and the prepared corn-straw composite fiber is introduced into the resin by a specific method, thus the performance of the composite material prepared by composite is greatly improved.
