NOVELTY - Graphene oxide-polyisobutylene modified weather resistant non-slip ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) foam material comprises 45-60 pts. wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 15-20 pts. wt. ethylene-octene copolymer, 10-22 pts. wt. calcium carbonate, 4-6 pts. wt. polyisobutylene, 0.1-3 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. coupling agent, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. lubricant, 0.7-1.8 pts. wt. metal oxide, 2-4 pts. wt. foaming agent, and 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. bridging agent. USE - Used as graphene oxide-polyisobutylene modified weather resistant non-slip EVA foam material. ADVANTAGE - The material: is produced in a simple and easier manner; and has uniform cell size and excellent mechanical properties and high elasticity properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene oxide-polyisobutylene modified weathering non-slip EVA foaming material, comprising (a) uniformly dispersing graphene oxide and EVA in the tetrahydrofuran solution using mechanical dispersion method, then adding graphene oxide solution to the EVA solution and stirring uniformly, heating the mixed solution at 45 degrees C until the solvent is evaporated, and vacuum drying in oven to obtain EVA/graphene oxide mixture, (b) adding the obtained base material, ethylene-octene copolymer, calcium carbonate, polyisobutylene, coupling agent, lubricant, metal oxide, foaming agent and bridging agent into a torque rheometer and mixing at 110 degrees C by stirring at a speed of 20 revolutions/minute for 10-15 minutes to obtain mixture, (c) increasing the temperature of the mill to 90 degrees C, adding the obtained mixture, turning the material 5-8 times and releasing the sheet, and (d) placing the obtained sheet in a mold, and foaming by a flat vulcanizer at 170 degrees C under pressure of 10 MPa for 15 minutes.
