NOVELTY - A high-oxygen barrier property high-strength polyolefin heat conduction pipe comprises 100 pts. wt. polyolefin resin, 0.1-5 pts. wt. graphene slice layers, 0.1-15 pts. wt. compatibilizer, and 0.01-0.2 pts. wt. antioxidant. The graphene slice layers are uniformly distributed in the polyolefin resin in a ring way around a pipe central axis as center. USE - High-oxygen barrier property high-strength polyolefin heat conduction pipe. ADVANTAGE - The pipe has high polyolefin crystallization degree, multiple oriented crystals formed, good mechanical property, improved heat conduction and heat-proof performances, improved graphene slice layer obstruction performance, good oxygen barrier property maintained under the condition of very small amount of antioxidant. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of polyolefin heat conduction pipe comprising drying raw materials to 60-90 degrees C for 30-60 minutes, high-speed mixing at 100-1000 revolutions/minute for 2-3 minutes, adding into screw extruder, melt extruding to less than or equal to 250 degrees C, water bath cooling, granulating, and air-drying; and feeding into twin-screw extruder, melting, adding into conventional rotating mandrel or die mandrel pipe-extrusion die, molding, cooling, and cutting.
