▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation method of polyamine-polyphenol modified graphene oxide carrier, involves dispersing the graphene oxide in a buffer solution, and then adding a polyphenol solution and a polyamino polymer solution to the buffer solution to react to obtain the polyamine-polyphenol modified graphene oxide. USE - The method is used for preparation of polyamine-polyphenol modified graphene oxide carrier which is used in the application of crosslinking enzyme polymers, where the enzymes include any one or a mixture of adenylate cyclase, nuclease P1, catalase, glucose oxidase, lipase, and cellulase (all claimed). The carrier is used for immobilizing enzymes for producing crosslinked enzyme polymers. ADVANTAGE - The carrier has high universality, high activity, and simple operation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for use of the polyamine-polyphenol modified graphene oxide carrier in the application of crosslinking enzyme polymers.
