NOVELTY - Solvent free graphene/carbon nanotube/ferrous oxide three dimensional complex nanofluid oriented reinforced epoxy resin comprise 100 pts. wt. liquid epoxy resin, 25-35 pts. wt. amine curing agent, 0.1-3 pts. wt. solvent-free graphene/carbon nanotube/ferrous oxide three dimensional complex nanofluid, where graphene/carbon nanotube/ferrous oxide complex nanofluid is core layer, silane coupling agent is coronary layer, and neck-shaped polyether amine M2070 is shell, the graphene is graphene oxide, the carbon nanotube is acidified carbon nano tube, the mass ratio of graphene oxide, acidified carbon nanotube, and graphene/carbon nanotube/ferrous oxide three dimensional nanofluid is 1-2:1-3:1-4, the mass ratio of coronary layer silane coupling agent, and neck-shaped layer polyether amine M2070 is 6.84:60, the mass ratio of nanofluid and the shell layer is 6-20:94-80. USE - Used as solvent free graphene/carbon nanotube/ferrous oxide three dimensional complex nanofluid oriented reinforced epoxy resin. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple. The reinforced epoxy resin has good mechanical property and thermal property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing solvent free graphene/carbon nanotube/ferrous oxide three dimensional complex nanofluid oriented reinforced epoxy resin comprising (i) preparing graphene oxide and acidified carbon nanotubes by Hemers method, mixing, stirring graphene oxide and carbon nanotube by ultrasonic treatment to obtain graphene oxide/carbon nanotube complex, adopting coprecipitation method to precipitate ferrous oxide in graphene oxide/carbon nanotube complex, removing undeposited ferrous oxide by centrifugal separation and magnetic field separation to obtain graphene oxide/carbon nanotube/ferrous oxide three-dimensional complex nanoparticles, (ii) reacting epoxy group in the silane coupling agent with the amino group of the polyether amine to obtain neck layer and the coronal layer, hydrolyzing surface of the nanoparticles by hydrolysis of siloxymethyl groups at the other end of the silane coupling agent to obtain solvent-free graphene/carbon nanotube/ferrous oxide three-dimensional complex nanofluids, and (iii) adding solvent-free graphene/carbon nanotube/ferrous oxide three-dimensional complex nanofluids into the liquid epoxy resin, adding curing agent, and curing under 0.5-1 T magnetic field to obtain solvent free graphene/carbon nanotube/ferrous oxide three dimensional complex nanofluid oriented reinforced epoxy resin.
