NOVELTY - A high mechanical performance and wearable aqueous coating comprises 45-50 pts. wt. acrylic acid-modified polyurethane, 22-25 pts. wt. water-soluble phenolic resin, 23-26 pts. wt. glycerol-based epoxy resin, 8-10 pts. wt. modified graphene, 4-7 pts. wt. light calcium carbonate, 3-5 pts. wt. gas phase silicon dioxide, 1.1-1.4 pts. wt. film-forming auxiliary agent, 0.7-1 pt. wt. defoaming agent, 2.1-2.4 pts. wt. dispersant, 3-6 pts. wt. pigment, 1.6-1.9 pts. wt. wetting agent, 1.1-1.5 pts. wt. flatting agent, 1.4-1.7 pts. wt. rheological auxiliary agent, and 60-65 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - A high mechanical performance and wearable aqueous coating for engineering machinery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Coating has good leveling property, reduced graphene agglomeration, and improved graphene dispersibility, adhesion, and mechanical strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A high mechanical performance and wearable aqueous coating comprises 45-50 pts. wt. acrylic acid-modified polyurethane, 22-25 pts. wt. water-soluble phenolic resin, 23-26 pts. wt. glycerol-based epoxy resin, 8-10 pts. wt. modified graphene, 4-7 pts. wt. light calcium carbonate, 3-5 pts. wt. gas phase silicon dioxide, 1.1-1.4 pts. wt. film-forming auxiliary agent, 0.7-1 pt. wt. defoaming agent, 2.1-2.4 pts. wt. dispersant, 3-6 pts. wt. pigment, 1.6-1.9 pts. wt. wetting agent, 1.1-1.5 pts. wt. flatting agent, 1.4-1.7 pts. wt. rheological auxiliary agent, and 60-65 pts. wt. deionized water in which modified graphene is obtained by uniformly mixing 0.8-1.2 pts. wt. graphene and 6-9 pts. wt. sulfuric acid/nitric acid solution into 1st reaction container at 65-68 degrees C under water bath condition, performing primary ultrasonic dispersion at frequency of 15-18 kHz and power of 800-900 W for 1.4-2 hours, preferably 1.4-1.8 hours to obtain material (A), adding material (A) and 3-6x 103 pts. wt. deionized water, regulating pH to 6.8-7.1, performing primary aging for 0.8-1.1 hours, filtering, drying to obtain material (B), adding material (B), 6-9 pts. wt. thionyl chloride, and 3-5 pts. wt. N,N-dimethylformamide into 2nd reaction container at 70-73 degrees C for 16-18 hours under nitrogen protection, distilling for 0.5-0.8 hour under reduced pressure, performing secondary aging for 0.6-1 hour, filtering, drying to obtain material (C), adding material (C) and 2-4 pts. wt. triethylenetetramine into 3rd reaction container, uniformly mixing, performing secondary ultrasonic dispersion at frequency of 50-55 kHz and power of 900-1000 W for 2.2-3 hours, heating 3rd reaction container at 105-108 degrees C for 2.2-2.8 hours, distilling for 0.5-0.8 hour under reduced pressure, filtering, and drying, sulfuric acid has concentration of 96-98 wt.%, nitric acid has concentration of 50-53 wt.%, and volume ratio sulfuric acid:nitric acid is 3-4:1-2.
