▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves placing a foam nickel substrate in an oxygen-free reaction room. The foam nickel is heated to 500-1300 degrees Celsius. Carbon source gas and silicon source gas are filled in oxygen-free reaction room for reacting at 30-300 degrees Celsius. The foam nickel is soaked in FeCl3 solution until the foam nickel is completely dissolved. The FeCl3 solution is filtered to obtain a solid product. The solid product is washed by using deionized water and dried to obtain a silicon/graphene composite material. USE - Method for preparing silicon/graphene composite material of a lithium ion battery (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The carbon source gas is slected from methane, ethane, ethylene and acetylene, where flow rate of the carbon source gas is 50-300ml/minutes. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a lithium ion battery.
