▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Anhydrous humidification device has organic fiber base paper and a moisture absorbing and releasing agent supported on the surface and inside of the base paper, basis weight of the base paper is 10-200 grams per square meter, and the strength is greater than or equal to 1.5 kilonewton per meter. Moisture absorbing and releasing agent is polydopamine and inorganic nanoparticles containing sulfonate groups. The shape of the waterless humidifying device is corrugated or honeycomb, and the layer height of the corrugated or honeycomb is independently 1-10 millimeter. USE - Anhydrous humidifying device used in air conditioner humidification (Claimed). ADVANTAGE - Anhydrous humidification device uses polydopamine and inorganic nanoparticles containing sulfonate groups as a hygroscopic agent, polydopamine has strong hygroscopicity, and the modification of hydrophilic sulfonate groups to its surface further improves the hygroscopicity of polydopamine, at the same time, the addition of nanoparticles containing pores helps to enhance the hygroscopicity of the material. The moisture absorbing and releasing agent is loaded on the surface and inside of the base paper and not blown away by the wind. It is safe and environmentally friendly when used. Preparation method of a waterless humidifying device is simple to operate and easy to realize industrial mass production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation method of the anhydrous humidification device, which involves: i. providing base paper of organic fiber material; ii. dissolving or dispersing dopamine and other described inorganic nanoparticles in a tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane hydrochloride buffer solution with a pH of 8-10 to obtain an aqueous solution of dopamine-inorganic nanoparticles, and after making the base paper adsorb the aqueous solution of dopamine-inorganic nanoparticles, carrying out dry; iii. soaking the base paper in an aqueous solution containing sulfamate, then drying and forming the base paper into a corrugated or honeycomb shape in turn to obtain an anhydrous humidifying device or forming the base paper into a corrugated or honeycomb shape formed base paper is immersed in the dopamine-inorganic nanoparticle aqueous solution and the sulfamate aqueous solution in sequence and dried in sequence.
