▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A masterbatch comprises at least one styrene block copolymer based thermoplastic elastomer (a), which is in powder or granulate form, at least one carbon black (b), preferably conductive carbon black, graphene, fullerenes and/or carbon nanonotubes and at least one of paraffinic and/or naphthenic oils (c), and optionally filler and/or colorants (d), preferably pigments. The master batch is prepared by (i) mixing component (c) with, portion of the component (b) to form a suspension, (ii) mixing the suspension with component (a) and optionally component (d), to form a powdery mass, (iii) optionally mixing the remaining portion of component (b) with the powdery mass for forming powdery or pasty mass, and (iv) extruding for formation of granules. USE - Masterbatch used for forming polymeric material for forming molded article as electrostatic discharge sensitive structural component (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The masterbatch has high concentration of carbon black and is manufactured economically and provides the efficient manufacture of the molded article. The polymeric material has excellent electroconductive properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) polymeric material, which comprises at least one masterbatch and thermoplastic, matrix polymer; (2) molded article; (3) manufacture of the masterbatch; (4) use of the masterbatch for equipping polymer materials with electrically conductive and/or conductive properties; and (5) kit-of-component system.
