NOVELTY - Method for treating refractory graphene oxide by peroxidase involves suspending peroxidase in buffer solution in sterilized container, adding graphene oxide suspension, standing and adding sodium chloride solution, diethyltriamine pentaacetic acid solution and solution containing hydroxyl free radical (-OH), incubating in sterile culture box at 37degrees Celsius, adding solution containing hydroxyl free radicals (OH) dropwise to sterilized container at regular intervals, and adding peroxidase in sterilizied container every fixed time. USE - The method is used for treating refractory graphene oxide by peroxidase. ADVANTAGE - The method is safe, green and environment-friendly, and has high efficiency, high catalytic activity and simple operation.
