USE - Preparation of high conductivity polyaniline-graphene composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of high conductivity polyaniline-graphene composite material with volume conductivity of more than 580 S/m, higher bending strength of 153 MPa, impact strength higher than 45 J/m, and excellent comprehensive performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of high conductivity polyaniline-graphene composite material involves (1) uniformly mixing N-methylpyrrolidone, dimethylformamide and distilled water, adding aniline monomer, placing in ice bath, and stirring, (2) adding hydrochloric acid and ethylenediamine, uniformly stirring, adding ammonium persulfate, stirring at 90-120 degrees C for 5-10 hours, (3) cooling to room temperature, adding dihydroxypropionic acid, triethylamine and dioctyl sodium sulfosuccinate, stirring for 15-30 minutes, adding graphene aqueous solution with 1-10 mg/ml graphene, stirring at high-speed of 800-1300 rpm for 12-24 hours, centrifugal-filtering, placing the obtained product in acetic acid solution 5-10 times by product weight, leaving stand for 2-5 hours, washing with deionized water and acetone alternately 5 times, and vacuum freeze-drying.
