▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Rapidly and non-destructively transferring graphene comprises: (i) coating a thermosetting adhesive or light-curable adhesive on the surface of a target substrate; (ii) adhering the obtained target substrate with a graphene to obtain a target substrate/graphene/growth substrate complex structure; (iii) performing hot-press treatment or UV-irradiation curing treatment on the obtained complex structure; and (iv) performing growth substrate stripping on the complex structure. USE - The method is useful for rapidly and non-destructively transferring graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method does not corrode growth substrate; produce uniform single-layered graphene on substrate; avoids pollution of organic adhesive residue and metal substrate dissolution on graphene; and is economical and environmental-friendly.
