NOVELTY - The resonator has an annular waveguide (1) connected with a bottom dielectric medium layer that is connected with a graphite layer. The bottom dielectric medium layer is connected with the graphite layer that is connected with the annular waveguide. The bottom dielectric medium layer is connected with a middle dielectric medium layer that is connected with a top graphite layer. The annular waveguide is connected with the middle dielectric medium layer. The top graphite layer is connected with the graphite layer. USE - High Q ring resonator graphene electric light modulator. ADVANTAGE - The resonator increases current carrier migration rate and bandwidth for about 100 GHz, and reduces RC delay.
