NOVELTY - Preparing modified flame-retardant viscose short fibers having sheet barrier effect, comprises e.g. (i) reacting anhydrous toluene, graphene oxide, p-phenylene diisocyanate and dibutyltin dilaurate to obtain isocyanate-modified graphene, (ii) reacting N,N-dimethylformamide, isocyanate-modified graphene, 1,3-bis(aminopropyl)tetramethyldisiloxane, and stannous octoate to obtain amino-modified graphene, (iii) reacting N, N-dimethylformamide, 3,9-dichloro-2,4,8,10-tetraoxo-3,9-diphosphospiro-3,9-dioxo5.5-undecane, acid-binding agent triethylamine, and amino-modified graphene to obtain flame-retardant modified graphene, (iv) alkalizing cellulose pulp, treating with carbon disulfide, adding deionized water and flame-retardant modified cellulose xanthate, stirring, filtering, and vacuum defoaming to form spinning solution, and (v) spinning, solidifying and forming by coagulation bath, washing, cutting and drying to obtain the product. USE - The modified flame-retardant viscose short fibers having sheet barrier effect is useful in special protective clothing (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The modified flame-retardant viscose short fibers have excellent flame retardant, and mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing modified flame-retardant viscose short fibers having sheet barrier effect, comprises (i) mixing anhydrous toluene and graphene oxide, adding p-phenylene diisocyanate and dibutyltin dilaurate in nitrogen atmosphere, and reacting to obtain isocyanate-modified graphene, (ii) stirring and mixing N,N-dimethylformamide, isocyanate-modified graphene, 1,3-bis(aminopropyl)tetramethyldisiloxane, and stannous octoate, and reacting at 110-125 ℃ for 4-8 hours to obtain amino-modified graphene, (iii) adding N, N-dimethylformamide, and 3,9-dichloro-2,4,8,10-tetraoxo-3,9-diphosphospiro-3,9-dioxo5.5-undecane, stirring and mixing, adding acid-binding agent triethylamine, amino-modified graphene and reacting to obtain flame-retardant modified graphene, (iv) alkalizing cellulose pulp to obtain alkali cellulose, treating it with carbon disulfide to obtain cellulose xanthate, adding deionized water and flame-retardant modified cellulose xanthate to the cellulose xanthate graphene, stirring and mixing to obtain viscous solution, filtering the viscous solution, and vacuum defoaming to form a spinning solution, and (v) spinning the spinning solution through wet spinning process, during the spinning process, solidifying and forming by coagulation bath, washing, cutting off and drying to obtain modified flame-retardant viscose short fibers having sheet barrier effect. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for: Modified flame-retardant viscose short fibers having sheet barrier effect obtained by the above method; and Special protective clothing, comprising the modified flame-retardant viscose short fibers having sheet barrier effect as raw material.
