NOVELTY - Chromium-free passivation solution comprises 0.1-0.5 wt.% fluorine-containing compound, 0.01-0.02 wt.% silane coupling agent, 0.05-0.1 wt.% titanium sulfate, 0.01-0.02 wt.% sodium nitrate, 0.05-0.1 wt.% copper sulfate, 0.03-0.05 wt.% sodium formate, 0.02-0.04 wt.% carboxymethyl cellulose sodium, 0.1-1 wt.% acetic acid, 0.01-0.02 wt.% ammonium molybdate, 0.06-0.12 wt.% sodium tripolyphosphate, 1-3 wt.% rare earth load type porous graphene sealing agent, 3-6 wt.% polydimethylsiloxane modified polyolefin (PMPO) grafted modified nano silicon dioxide, 0.5-1 wt.% ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, 0.1-0.2 wt.% alcohol ester, 0.012-0.016 wt.% benzotriazole, 0.5-1 wt.% microcrystalline wax, 0.05-0.1 wt.% amino carboxylate complexing agent, 0.05-0.1 wt.% coordination agent and the remaining amount of deionized water. USE - The solution is useful for metal surface treatment. ADVANTAGE - The solution: is environmentally-friendly, and improves the neutral salt mist corrosion resistance of carbon steel plate.
