NOVELTY - A cement-based composite material comprises cement, water reducing agent and functional component. The functional component comprises graphene oxide and carbon fiber in the mass ratio of 0.01-10%. USE - Cement-based composite material for pressure-sensitive sensor used in civil engineering structure for monitoring load control (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The cement-based composite material has high strength, durability, low porosity defects and excellent compactness, and provides sensors with high pressure sensitivity, initial resistance stability, stress perception and stability.
