▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves placing a waste lithium battery into saturated sodium chloride solution to soak to release an electrical charge stored in the battery. The battery taking out the copper foil negative electrode is disassembled with graphite, puts it into an organic solvent. An ultrasonic treatment is performed for specific minutes. The negative electrode copper foil and graphite reverse electrode are separated to collect the separated graphite and vacuum filtering and drying and grinding into powder. An impurity is calcined and removed in the inert protective gas environment after sieving the powder. The purified graphite powder is pressed into graphite sheet with thickness of specific millimeter. The vacuum filtering device is used to clean the electrolytic liquid after electrolytic peeling. The ultrasonic treatment is performed to the graphene solution. The graphene processed solution is fried and dried. The powder is sieved to prepare the finished product graphene USE - Method for preparing graphene by using graphite negative electrode recycled waste lithium which is used as a green environment-friendly secondary power supply. ADVANTAGE - The method enables providing the graphene with high quality and reducing defect of the graphene, and high yield value. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a scanning electron micrograph/microscopic photograph of a SEM picture of high quality graphene using recycled waste graphite.
