▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A rare earth doped graphene composite gas-sensitive element is obtained by mixing graphene, distilled water, 10-20 mmol/l copper acetate solution, 10-20 mmol/l nitric acid solution, 16-32 mmol/l sodium hydroxide and 6-12 mmol/l glucose solution to obtain rare earth doped graphene composite material, followed by mixing the composite material with dispersant to obtain dispersed liquid, dropping the dispersed liquid into gold interdigital electrode surface, and drying to obtain finished product, where the volume ratio of graphene and distilled water is 1 g:(5-10) l. USE - Rare earth doped graphene composite gas-sensitive element for detecting a nitrogen oxides (NOx). ADVANTAGE - The gas-sensitive element has high sensitivity.
