▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Performing electrodeposition preparation process of nickel-coated graphene composite powder, comprises taking the graphene and dispersant in a mass ratio of 10 to 20 :1 ratio, mixing, mechanical grinding to surface functionalization and dispersion to obtain surface functionalized graphene. Add 50-300g/L nickel sulfate, 5-50g/L nickel chloride, 10-50g/L boric acid, 0.05-2g/L surface functionalized graphene, and 50-500mg/L surfactant to the deionized water in proportion. Heat the electrolyte to 40-90 degrees C and stir to completely dissolve the solute. The electrodeposition process of nickel-coated graphene powder is performed by using nickel metal as the anode and titanium metal as cathode, the electrolyte temperature is controlled at 30-80 degrees C, and the cathode current density 30-300mA/cm2. The electrodeposition process is performed in the electrolyte in the mode of intermittent sedimentation electroplating, and then nickel-coated graphene composite powder can be obtained at the cathode. USE - Method for performing electrodeposition preparation process of nickel-coated graphene composite powder. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to perform electrodeposition preparation process of nickel-coated graphene composite powder, which improves the interface compatibility between graphene and electrolyte, and the method is simple in operation, and consumption of reagents used in the process is very low.
