▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - In situ growth of carbon nano onion on the surface of a graphene array, comprises growing graphene arrays and carbon nanoonions in situ on their surfaces, where the height of the graphene array is 1-20 mum, the number of layers is 1-10, and the array is randomly distributed, the diameter of carbon nano onion is 10-100 nm, the carbon nano-onions have a core-shell structure with nano-metal as the core and graphitized carbon layer as the shell and the graphitized carbon layer is 2-20. USE - The in-situ growth of carbon nano-onion on the surface of a graphene array is useful in electrochemical energy storage, electrocatalysis, microelectronics, and sensors (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The in situ growing carbon nano-onion surface has low production cost, easy operation, controllable product appearance, and improved graphene performance of the array in electrochemical energy storage, electro-catalysis, and sensor. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation method of carbon nano-onion grown in situ on the surface of graphene array.
