ADVANTAGE - The composite film has thickness of 0.5-20000 nm, resistance of 1x 10-1x 1015 ohms and temperature coefficient of 4.0 to - 4.0%/K. It has special chemical structure, good electrical, optical and mechanical properties, and high quality. The simple method has low manufacturing cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of composite film comprising preparing DAST-graphene composite material, cleaning and drying substrate, mixing DAST-graphene composite material with solvent, uniformly stirring, forming solution, transferring into substrate, volatilizing solvent, forming single layer of composite film, repeating steps and forming multi-layers of composite films.
